I don't know how to explain it, but I'm always happy to go to this Auntie Anne's. All of the staff are so friendly and professional. The pretzels are fresh. The Coca-Cola is always perfectly carbonated. My personal favorite is the Parmesan jalapeno with honey mustard dipping sauce.

Every time I pass by this place I get a greeting when it isn't too busy. Their food is always prepared fresh. This is why there can be a wait time, but it's well worth it. If something doesn't taste well, they're ready to replace a substitute with a fresher product. The staff is very friendly and like to offer suggestions on which dip goes best with different flavors of pretzels. I've been going to this place for many years and almost always have a pleasant experience. My favorite pretzel and dip combination is the cinnamon sugar pretzel with caramel dip. There's also the pretzel dog nuggets with hot salsa cheese. The pepperoni nuggets go well with marinara sauce. One new thing I had tried this year was the jalapeno prezel with cream cheese. Yum!
