Service was fast. I got my order within 5 minutes and the pretzel was fresh (nice and hot). Oh they also have a drive-thru if you don’t feel like walking into the store. The store is fairly new. It looks very clean, light, and airy. There are a few tables inside so if you feel like sitting in and hanging out you can. I think the price is the same as it is priced at the mall. Note: I love all the dips (sauce) options.

Service needs a ton of work!!!! Went inside and had to wait about 10 minutes before I was served an already made pretzel, that's just how long it took to get service. Was waiting for them to finish something up on the computer although they did acknowledge me there waiting.

First time going. Was told to pull to the front after waiting a few minutes for a pretzel dog. The girl was very nice and apologetic but waited over 20 mins for them to hand over a BURNT pretzel dog. Did get a refund but this was very disappointing. I know they just opened as well but still bummed.

I was genuinely so hyped to have this local instead of having to drive to concord for this. I ordered 1 pretzel dog and cinammon bites and had to wait 15 minutes to get to the window to pay and another 10 minutes to actually get my food. I could see the workers were laughing and joking around with each other through the window the entire time. And when I finally got my food, the pretzel dog was burnt all around and the bites were charred. I can understand some mishaps happening since it just opened, but 2 weeks is more than enough time to fix these problems

Went an hour before closing and the service was great. Friendly staff and the pretzel bites were warm and fresh. Tasted great!!
