Auntie Anne's

So the only reason I go into the mall is to go to Auntie Anne’s. I love to cinnamon pretzel bites. Im addicted. Lol! I also love the customer service, they are always so friendly. I come in and the service is efficient. Highly recommended them!

They gave my order to the wrong dasher and I was the one who had to go through hoops trying to solve the issue. Horrible customer service. I was on the line with my dasher and they were super rude to him also.

Got there just as they opened up, they hadn't even had time to prep anything yet, BUT, they knocked my order out in a hurry and seemed happy to do it. Great customer service! I'll be back
