My pretzel have a hair and Mr. Edgar from the branch said I was lying and had a bad attitude when I just told him what I could do. And I was feeding my little daughter from there.

When I finished paying my mini pretzel dogs fell down some on the floor some on the counter, I asked Yesica M to please exchanged the pretzel dogs for another one since those were contaminated she said NO….. what kind of human being does that!! I can’t give dirty food to my special needs kids!!! She didn’t help me with respect Yesica was rude since I stepped in the kiosk…. I decided to return everything Bad customer service!! Yessica doesn’t know how to treat people!!! Bad customer service!!!!!

I haven’t had a pretzel in years and I’m glad I had one recently at Auntie Anne’s. The sweet almond pretzel was so good, it changed my life. I will return!

Undoubtedly the worst Auntie Anne's. The prior reviews must be true. I stopped by and ordered a raisin Pretzel, priced at $3.89. The cashier proceeds to say, I'll just charge you for a pepperoni Pretzel. It costs $xxxx more, is that okay? I told her no. The price is clearly labeled on the menu board, why are you trying to charge me more? Cashier: "oh, it's only $xxxx more". It doesn't matter if it was 1 Penney more. Why would she try to knowingly overcharge me?! That is NOT okay.

My love for this place has started to decrease due to the lack of attention from staff. When you get to the register it’s fine, but while you are waiting... you are there for a while. There is 2 registers & on a Saturday they only have 1 open the majority of the time. When I went in my break seeing someone was JUST attended on the 2nd reg, the employee told me “I’m sorry you have to go wait in the other line” pointing to the line that had already gotten long while I was waiting in this one!!! I asked him “but you guys just helped someone here” and he said “yeah but now they r on break.” ?????? He couldn’t have told me when he saw me standing there.... he waited for me to get to the register??? You mean to tell me because of your understaff now I have to spend 10 extra minutes of my break.
