Auntie Anne's

Insane experience today (6/21/25). Paid for my order at 1:09 and received at 1:34. I ordered 1 pretzel, 1 pizza nugget, and 2 smoothies. They made my two smoothies first and put them in the fridge without my knowledge and made me wait with no explanation. By the time I got home (3 minute drive) my drinks were straight water and to compensate they gave me a cup of regular pretzel bites. Apology and explanation at the very end when I walked up to the expo. I get it they’re new and still not up to speed yet but from a person who’s worked in downtown Dallas hospitality this was handled poorly. Meanwhile I heard the MOD/owner yelling at the employees creating a hostile/awkward environment. To top it off the pretzel we got was smaller than the first time we went, not as hot, and it was mushy on

BEST AUNTIE ANNE'S PRETZEL I'VE HAD IN YEARS! I was hesitant due to the bad reviews, but gave it a try anyways because I've been scammed and disappointed by the mall pretzel stands for far too long. I placed a mobile order, and they made everything fresh. Order was ready right on time, and the pretzels were hot and buttery, straight from the oven. Perfect bake, the perfect amount of crispy without being burnt or overdone, and super soft on the inside. We got an original pretzel, a cinnamon pretzel and a sparkleberry lemonade at 1pm on Saturday, 12/13. The employees working at that time deserve some recognition, because this experience truly made my day. This is my new spot for pretzels, I'll definitely be coming back!

Cinnamon Pretzels were on point but had to wait 15 minutes and was told by jennifer would only take 5-10min..no apology for the wait. No complimentary drink so service needs improvement.

This is a great place. I had never seen a stand alone Auntie Anne's. It's great. Pretzels are hot when you get them. I stumbled upon this place, and while it's a little out of my way, I make it a point to go there. I plan another trip next Wednesday.

The food and service here were great! I placed a takeout order, and the food was ready ahead of the quoted time. Everything was hot, fresh, and their service was prompt. I will definitely be returning!
