Twice in one week I’ve been there before closing (one night 30 minutes before & tonight 20 minutes before) just to be told they are “sold out” of pretzels and can only do drinks. When pretzels are what you sell maybe do a better job making sure you have enough to last during normal business hours. Especially when you are in a mall that doesn’t close until after you do.

They are so positive here! Great people, really nice, highly recommend the cinnamon and mini dogs, service is 10/10, very helpful!

I work in the mall and almost everyday go there to get a drink due to them having mall worker discounts.. usually makes the large drink $1 however today i went and decided i would get pretzels with my drink. the cashier a young lady said she gave the discount when she didn’t and charged me $4 for a drink that’s usually $1.. i wouldn’t be as upset if she would’ve just told me she wasn’t able to apply it or whatever the reason was but instead lied straight to my face like im not there every other day buying the same drink.. would like to also mention this is not the usual lady that is always there i’ve only seen this lady 1-2 times.. a little disappointed due to the amazing service i usually receive but lying to a customers face is how you lose your job!!

My mother is unable to go to the mall anymore due to her health. She had been talking about how she loved the pretzels, so today when I was at the mall I stopped in to get her one. I stood there forever and never was acknowledged by the girl that was working. She was to busy talking to a guy that was there. She turned her head once and looked my way then continued talking to him. I stood there for a very long time, then finally just walked away. So disappointed that I could not even get to order and take one home.
