Went in to grab a quick snack for a birthday celebration with my wife and heard nothing but complaining. The manager who had a reddish brown beard continued to complain about a previous customer by cussing them out directly in front of us. The two other workers were just standing there. After we got up to finally order they continued to get our order wrong which wasn’t the issue. They then proceeded to keep complaining about the menu while we overheard two other customers also get their order messed up as well. Sounds like the management could do a lot less complaining and a lot more working.

Ordered but waited forever for 2 orders of pretzel nuggets without salt, received the drinks first but waited almost 45mins for my order because they continued to give the unsalted pretzels to customers who ordered after me, the service was mediocre at best. I received a refund and a regular unsalted pretzel but I wouldn’t recommend going when it’s extremely busy.

pretty horrible service, usually don’t give reviews but this place is terrible all around. takes 20+ minutes to receive microwaved mini hotdogs. rude employees.

Worst service I’ve had in a long time: the first young staff member couldn’t answer questions and gave me a blank stare. The second one was talking to me like my questions were out of this world. He then turned around as if I was done talking and the next guy stepped up. I asked if the drink put down in front of me was the watermelon flavor he said it’s the lemonade. I said like the watermelon lemonade?He repeated lemonade 😂 I said am I not speaking English? He said do you know how to speak English. The rudest staff and should not be taking orders!

The manager, Jared is rude. Ask to make a drink that I know they make I get it every time I get there he told me no then I asked to speak to manager. He told me I am the manager I asked for the corporate number. I don’t know Google it the lady behind me asked him something. He was very rude to her. She even said oh you’re in an attitude mood today he said no I just don’t want nobody in my store today
