Customer Reviews
I experienced racism at this location and I’ll never be coming back to another Auntie Anne’s after the values their employees display. The girl taking my order was mad that I asked if the hot dogs are pork and rudely says everything is touching pork and it takes a long time to make without “cross contamination” I asked for the cinnamon sugar pretzels bc they don’t have meat and she says they are also touching pork. I told her I’ll wait for new ones and she proceeds to look backwards for the rest of the time and refuse to even look at me. She was rude and slamming things and disgusting behavior. Disgusting character ! She proceeds to take the white persons order after me with a whole different attitude and approach this isn’t acceptable.
First time trying this place and it was the sweetest experience ever! Service was amazing, workers were super nice. The best part were the pretzels for sure, I greatly recommend to go to this place if you ever crave pretzels.
Wow. Staff was giving me attitude because I asked for my drink with no ice. Also, I asked for a cup with half cinnamon pretzels half salted ones and they wouldn’t do it. Huge line, long wait, and looked chaotic in there.
Went in for some almond pretzels an hour before they closed and was told they didn't have enough time to make almond pretzels. 3 people standing around doing nothing couldn't get 3 pretzels made. Pathetic
Went in on Saturday, 11/16 we went and tried to oredr a pepperoni bucket (I think it's about $44). First, even though it's on the menu, it is a special order so it would be 15 minute wait. OK, we'll be back for it. Then we noticed a cardboard sign advertising a bucket for $32 so we asked for that. Sorry, we can't honor that price. Why not? We just can't honor it. OK, so charge me for a a plain bucket for $34 and give me half pepperoni, half plain. Can't do that. We have to charge $44 for either a whole pepperoni or half and half. And can't honor the advertised price. Asked for the manager and we were talking to her. Not worth spending $44 for a bucket of bread. We walked out.
