Auntie Anne's

Asked for an almond. They refused to make a new one when they threw the one I pointed at in the display. Said the would be ready tomorrow... Horrible customer service. $4.00 got a plain pretzel . I will boycott auntie Anne's because of this .

Love Auntie Anne’s pretzels and lemonades. They have salty pretzels, cinnamon ones, almond ones, and pretzel bites, cinnamon pretzel bites, and pretzel hot dogs. The lemonades they have are classic, strawberry, mango, and blue raspberry. Sometimes the pretzels could be on the tougher side (I guess they’re either overdone or sit out for too long). The pretzel bites are usually softer and more fluffy.

I love their pretzels. I received a very hard pretzel which was left under heat lamp too long. This trip I order their special, buy 3 get 1 free. Watch your receipt I was charged for 4 pretzels. Instead of getting my refund they insist I just take a 5th pretzel. " Not Happy".

Auntie Anne's produces some of the most delicious intense smells in the world. They draw people from near and far to consume these delicious treats. Unfortunately , they're not the best thing for you and if you're counting calories don't go in anywhere near there. I like to have their pretzels every so often but they are absolutely delicious

Refused to give me a free pretzel on free pretzel day and said his reader was broken. Was talking on the phone to someone the whole time while been super rude. Then shut out the lights and walked away.
