The owners are just fantastic people all around. Beyond kind and very hospitable. I'm a big believer in supporting businesses likes these. I stayed in the air BNB upstairs and everything was great. Additionally I had the veggie lasagna and it was very tasty. I still think of that almond chocolate croissant I had for dessert!!! Delicious!!! Do yourself a favor and stop in if you are ever in the area. You won't regret it.

Blown away by this little gem! Such a gorgeous, cozy, welcoming atmosphere! Grew up in this town and was surprised to see these new changes:) great selections of honeys, artisanal breads, lovely deserts, high quality coffees and drinks, sandwiches, you name it! Friendly personelle that will deliver your food to your table. Love the nooks with local artworks (for sale too). All in all great comforting experience, thank you!

This cafe is fantastic and the building is as cute as can be! We were staying in Vermont for vacation and drove over the border twice just to get pastries because everything was so fresh and delicious. The staff was very helpful and the food was reasonably priced. On the 2nd trip up, I planned on getting a cheese croissant but sadly there weren't any in the bakery case (I think I arrived a bit late in the morning..). The gentleman behind the counter didn't hesitate to offer to make some fresh croissants for me. My significant other ordered a scotch egg which he loved and my daughter got a sweet dessert and devoured every last bite. On top of the delicious fresh food, they were polite and patient which clearly is a plus when traveling to another country and not speaking the native language.

This charming café is worth the trip, offering fresh, delicious pastries, friendly service, and reasonable prices. The staff go above and beyond—like making fresh bagels on the spot—A must-visit bakery that won’t disappoint!

I needed a place to stay near Derby Vermont and it was worth crossing the border to come here. It’s A two minute drive to the Global Traveler application center, but more importantly, it offered everything I needed for a last minute place to sleep. The.bed is super comfortable and the communal living room/kitchen area has a full-size fridge, range, toaster, microwave and toaster oven. Plenty of dishes, plates, flatware, pots and pans and anything else one might need. The terrace adjacent to this area is a great space where you can grill food or just hang out. Downstairs there is a cafe to enjoy the breakfast that is included with your stay. You can also purchase food to go, including quiche, cheese, bread and other items that look delicious.
