Ordered chicken dum briyani, it was just a overcooked saffron flavored rice which had no flavor in it. The chicken was also bland. Very different from the pictures they have in the delivery apps.
This place is AWESOME!!!! Firstly, I discovered them off Uber eats. My driver didn't deliver my full order and when I reached out about it they offered to deliver the food to my house!!! I HAD NO IDEA THEY DELIVER!!! With no up-charge just complete care for the customer. The food was WONDERFUL! The goat biriyani was stellar. Lots of meat, no funky off putting flavor to it, minimal bones and a rich luscious rice base! Oh my gosh the RICE! It was hard to stop eating. The Channa masla was a buy one get one, definitely worth trying and the garlic chicken appetizer and garlic naan disappeared so quickly I wish I had gotten more. Specifically the Naan was soft and stretchy, well toasted and not burnt (I find a lot of places go too far with the char.) and all the meat was juicy not dry or overco
I ordered the Thalaserry goat biryani, BOGO chana masala, salan and garlic chicken via UberEats. The delivery driver failed to deliver the salan and garlic chicken. Unable to reach the driver I called the restaurant directly and they personally dropped off the missing items and apologized, something no restaurant has ever done for me (and UberEats drivers have done this many times to us). The biryani was incredibly delicious and the garlic chicken tender, crispy and perfectly seasoned. The Chana masala was decent and each dish came with plenty of white rice and naan. In general the food was authentic and on par with many of the restaurants I’ve been to in India (Mumbai, Hyderabad, Goa, Bengaluru). I see the negative reviews from past seasons so it seems they are making efforts to improve q
Dont waste your money here. This is not indian food at all. Biriyani seemed like sriracha rice with stale chicken. Starter was tasteless with just pepper added. This is a cloud kitchen with multiple food establishments shown under one roof to fool people. If this was a normal resto i would have asked my money back
Ordered via doordash (about 5 times now), the biryanis are awesome. No regrets at all. Hands down the best biryani in south autin so far. In our last order we included the chicken 65 roll and that was also very good. We have tried the dum/pulau/Ghee roast biryanis. Man they are awesome (so far so good)
