Customer Reviews
Atwater’s in Geneva is one of my absolute favorites! The atmosphere is dainty and elegant, yet still feels warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to RELAX and enjoy the experience. The food is consistently delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and comforting in the best way. It’s an ideal spot for a date night or a special evening out when you want something intimate, cozy, and memorable. Every visit feels special, and it’s a place I always look forward to returning to. One of mine and my husband’s go to is the charcuterie appetizer. We’re not huge on appetizers but that one is an absolute for us whenever we visit. 😊
A delightful dining experience. The Galentine’s Brunch was beautiful and delicious. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff as well!
We absolutely loved our experience here. The vibes were cosy and intimate, and with the snow and Christmas decorations it was just magical. The service was quick and the food was amazing, even as busy as they were, it was fantastic service and a brilliant meal. Would definitely recommend the duck.
Enjoyed our dinner this is an intimate spot. Classy but not at all stuffy. Service was attentive. We had many options. I loved the seafood risotto! The walleye was also great. I learned that I don’t love watercress- not that anything is wrong with watercress. Micheal was our server and we had a lovely time.
This is the best fine dining restaurant in Geneva. I grew up in Geneva in the 1980s, I have been to all the restaurants in the area for high school dances, special occasions, weddings, and otherwise, and I get back to town several times from Chicago because my parents live there. (302 West was also one of the best fine dining restaurants, but it closed. Atwater's is similarly great.) My party of four loved all four main courses, which is unusual. Even the chicken fricassee, normally a pedestrian dish IMHO, is excellent. One minor complaint that I hope the restaurant reads and addresses: we were a bit chilled during the dinner. We asked the restaurant to turn up the heat, but then others complained it was too hot. With all the windows, there may be microclimates, and the restaurant
