Atomic Wings

Fairly typical for an “order at the counter and they bring your food to you while drinks are self serve” type of place, but they do a good job of keeping it clean and their Buffalo Chicken sandwich IS AMAZING!!! Perfect flavor and crispiness! The waffle fries are nice as well.

This is my second time here and I have to say that the service is pretty great. I’ve had the hot buffalo and garlic Parmesan wings and they are tasty. I like how they have a slight crisp to them. I definitely need to stop by again to try their chicken sandwiches and chicken strips. Lastly, their waffle fries are absolutely delicious!

This was the first time me and Mrs came to eat at this restaurant. A friend told me about it. Excellent let me say that again. Excellent customer service the food was great they cooked to order that makes it nice and hot and warm. Everything was great. We will be back again. They gave us a discount for eating there for the first time. Again, if you’re on that side of town, please stop through and enjoy a delicious meal. If you can sit inside, don’t take it with you enjoy the atmosphere. It was great. To the staff management and owner good job 👍🏿🙏🏿👌🏿

Finally decided to go here and …….. I placed an order 2 hours in advance only to be told that it would be another hour wait when I arrived. All the folks in the pic are all in the same shoes. Even cancelling the order before they even remotely started to cook it resulted in me being charged full price for cancelling. I guess I’ll just have to go the rest of my life with out knowing how there food is. Enjoy the free cash.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the dynamic staff at Atomic Wings in Williamsburg, VA for going above and beyond with superior customer service on Big Game Sunday. Although the computer generated promise time wasn't achieved, with multiple orders of 50 plus wings, sides and desserts, my family and I totally understood. Most times, folks post negative feedback in an attempt to get free or reduced cost products and services, but it is only right to share the good feedback to let employees know they are valued and appreciated. As I patiently waited, there are a few times I wanted to share "you are not the only customer!%" Clearly, Stevie Wonder could see that team was doing their absolute best having only been open less than six months. In any business, there is room for improvement, h
