If you are looking for old fashioned, home cooked comfort greek food then Athenian is PERFECT! I was in town on business and driving by and stopped in. The place probalbly has not been redecorated in a few decades but the food is fresh and good. Service is fast and efficienct and like typical greek restaurants overseas dinners come with both soup AND salad!

Please, avoid. Very old place with a strange sewer smell. Lots of menu items but all that we ordered was bad. Onion soup is Lipton with salt, pasta made with canned sauce. Bad service, left previous courses on the table instead of picking it up. Nothing authentic Greek. Wet utensils. Dirty glasses.

First time at our new find. Almost authentic Greek food. We tried the club deckers in grilled chicken and the split pea soup. Both items were light and flavourful. Customer service was good. The menu offers a lot more which we would try next time for sure. All in all a good find, we enjoyed our palate.
