Atami Express

I just came thru the drive thru and got Chicken and Shrimp no onions and extra Vegetables. I got home and it's like they gave me extra onions. Although it looks great, I can't eat onions. Tried to call them and no one would answer.

Food was overpriced. My wife was quoted $73 for 3 plates of food. Turns out, the employee hit the wrong button on the register when questioned about the price. The quality and quantity has gone down hill. They also got my order wrong. We will not be returning.

First time here this evening. I got my food to go. My food was overall good and hot. The portions was good. My only dislike is not having the prices on the board inside the restaurant.

Great food and great service. The teriyaki steak and rice is very good. The carrots may be the best part of the plate.

This place used to be amazing, but the last couple times it’s been a treacherous experience. Extremely long wait times, mediocre food and they’re just not even a representation of what they were a couple years ago. I’ve actually had to start checking food before leaving the drive through. Tonight will be the last time I ever visit this restaurant. I checked the food, looked accurate but over cooked which after waiting in the drive through 45 minutes I didn’t want to wait another 45 for them to redo it. Upon getting home I opened up 2 hibachi steaks and found I was actually given hibachi mushrooms with a sprinkle of steak. This is pathetic. Mushrooms are picked out and put in the dish beside both meals.
