Aston Public Library

Nice little library. Clean and good selection of books. The librarians are nice and friendly. The kids section has a small area to play but is not closed off to the rest of the library. FYI: If you cannot find a book at a library you can order it from another library and have it sent to the library you can go to, as long as it is part of Delaware County Libraries. You can also return a book to any Delaware County Library as long as it came from a library in Delaware County. There is a playground next to the library which is nice. My preschooler and toddler like it.

The playground is very nice and well-equipped. There's a little something for everyone. My only complaint is that there is no shade. Today it is in the high 70s and some of the play equipment is already very hot. Imagine the middle of the summer how hot does equipment will become. It would be great if they put in some sun shades over the play equipment so the children do not get burnt.

Well stocked children’s book selection with puzzles, play food & wooden toys. Bathrooms are very clean. Ample parking & soft surface playground.

Very small. I thought I was going to be disappointed. Then I looked at the books - a mix of great modern fiction, wonderful classics and plenty of interesting books from the time periods in between. Many interesting reads in those shelves. The computers were new enough, open and available. Two book clubs active. Arts and crafts. Happy to have this place in my new neighborhood.

Nice, relatively quiet, several public computers with Internet access. Large book selecton, including ones for sale. Also CDs for sale. Friendly, helpful, efficient staff!🙂
