Look at the small proportions of the plate in the attached photo. It was as if the lady serving wanted to take the food home due to how skimpy she was being. I went there at around 2:45 pm and I saw there were a little orange chicken left that was stale and dried up. I asked the lady if there were more orange chicken coming and she said later today. How is a restaurant serving stale food and refusing to make fresh batch on a timely basis for customers.

A friend and I ate here about 18 months ago. We ate about 3-5 bites and threw out our expensive combos. I returned today (8/27/2023). I ordered two spring rolls. Instead I got two egg rolls. Decided not to make a fuss as they still had a line. Wrong decision. The outside of the egg rolls were overcooked...but the rest of the wrapper was doughy. Ate about 2 bites and tossed them. Not YUMMY.

This place used to be clutch! food was hot, tasty, and not overpriced. Todays lunch SUCKED!!!!! extremely underwhelming. the bourbon chicken was just barely cooked enough and the steamed veggies were just barely cooked. The chicken used to have a super grilled flavor/texture that was amazing! the meat almost seemed boiled. Wont be back. Oh, and there was a splintered piece of bone in one piece so there's that too...

This is inside the foodcourt of castleton square mall. Fast food... food is just horrible and expensive.. for a combo meal with a price of $14+ for a chinese food.. much expensive than panda express.. with awful taste.. and customee service sucks too.. not worth for your wallet.

Came from out of town. Decided to give them a try as the food looked similar to Cajun Cafe in Aurora IL. I was very disappointed in the lack of flavor. Really overpriced. $27 wasted My order consisted of Chow Main, Spicy Chicken, Mongolian Chicken and egg rolls. •The Chow Main was really overcooked, the noodles turned into a paste in my mouth. They also had no flavor, in an attempt to save them I added soy sauce to them but still did not help. •The "Spicy" Chicken was not spicy nor was it very flavorful. The onions were the saving grace for that specific entree option. The Chiken was dark meat but it had gummy texture. •The Mongolian Chicken I would simply advise all to skip unless you like little bits of chewy chicken with your fried batter. The batter itself was a bit hard to chew from
