Ashton Burger Barn

We stopped here on our way back from a west desert day road trip, and this was the perfect cap to our day. Prices are fair. The burgers were very good. We got three different ones off the menu and would order all three again. The meat was cooked to perfection and was a great consistency. The vanilla soft serve was incredible. It wasn't too vanilla-y. It was so soft, creamy, and had the perfect amount of sweetness to it. No grainy ice or overpowering artifical vanilla flavor. It is not to be overlooked. Fries were not anything special to us, but they did come out with fry sauce. Kudos, Ashton Burger Barn, we will be back! The girl you had working the front on 1/19 was very helpful and amicable

We came to eat here while traveling through Delta. Not gonna lie but the food was really good and I would definitely be back. A little overpriced in my opinion, hence my 4 stars. We got 3 burgers, 2 fries and 2 small drinks for $43. They charged us .50 per fry sauce which tbh wasn’t that unique. Tasted like simple ketchup and mayo. We saw the server give another patron 3 for free. I was a bit confused but that’s the none of my business. The burgers are what makes this place sooo good. I got the pastrami burger and it was soo good. They were a bit greedy with the pastrami though. They were cooked to perfection, fresh and juicy. They didn’t fill us up but we were satisfied. Overall, we enjoyed the food here.

We stopped in for lunch, really cool concept with the butcher connected, everything fried in beef tallow. Onion rings and cheese curds were amazing!

Food is great, best burger since Springville’s Brand X shut down years ago! The bun is perfectly toasted, the burger is real not the processed crap, and the wedge of pickle on the side makes me happy. So good. Would love to witness someone attempt the wall of fame challenge.

Ashton’s has been one of my favorite restaurants since they opened! They have amazing burgers and sides and lovely service! i’ve never had a problem with them at all! Mylee is absolutely one of my favorite servers! she makes sure her customers get their food on time and she has such a fun and spunky personality! she seriously can make a bad day go amazing just by being her!
