We used to frequent here when it was The Vine at 119. Popped in tonight not expecting there to be live music on a Sunday night that was so loud you couldn’t hear each other talk. (That’s our bad thought for not checking the socials of the new owners to see when their live music nights are). Our server Elizabeth was fantastic. Deviled eggs were very spicy, Coke was flat, and they charged an extra dollar for a smoked old fashion despite not knowing how to smoke it. Idk. Switched to a different cocktail but the glass was so sticky. Maybe cute for people who had never been here with the previous owners but we were a little let down with the new vibe

What a nice place! My husband and I decided to check out this place for a much awaited date night. We had dinner and cocktails here, nothing disappointed. The smoked Gouda dip apparently is a popular dish. At first I was reluctant that we ordered it, but we finished the whole thing. Just a suggestion though, I think it would pair well with fresh bread too. The pizza was delicious and quite big for the price. The buffalo chicken skewers were delicious. Our drinks were well made too! Our server, Cino, was a new hire but he was such a pro. We met the owner also, and he was such a kind, humble, and friendly guy. The atmosphere felt cozy and very inviting, everyone seemed to be enjoying their time there, including us. This place is a little gem in Ennis, we will be back. Thank you!

My husband and I went here last night for the first time and it was the best pizza we have ever had! The smoked Gouda dip was amazing as well. The atmosphere was warm and cozy and perfect for us. It took all my might not to eat all my pizza because I definitely could have! The carnivore was top notch and my husband loved the volcano. Definitely will be going back.

Ashleigh’s is the kind of place you accidentally discover while leaving Dallas and then immediately start plotting how to come back again. This is a full stop, tell your friends, cancel your plans, hidden gem. The pizza was cooked to absolute perfection. Crispy, chewy, glorious. And the sausage? Made in house. Everything here is scratch made and it shows. These are not shortcut recipes. This is “someone actually cares” cooking. The Gouda dip deserves its own fan club. Loaded with bacon, rich, smoky, and dangerous in the best way. I would order it again purely for emotional support. Now the real plot twist: the strawberry cheesecake. I do not like cheesecake and somehow this dessert converted me against my will. The atmosphere ties it all together. Warm, welcoming, intimate, and genuine

My husband and I tried this little place right before Christmas and we've been back twice since. The Prosciutto & Fig Crostinis are so good and the Buratta Margherita Pizza is one of my favorites. The crust was good and It was cooked just the way we ordered. The Chicken Caprese was also another hit, all the ingredients were so fresh and It was delicious. The French Onion soup is a favorite as well. It came out piping hot and cooked to perfection. Everything we've eaten there so far has been REALLY good and the service is great. I would definitely recommend it! It's so nice to have a place like this in Ennis.
