Ashland Pizza Bella

Rude owner who only wantt money for VERY bad pizza if you can even call it pizza! Ordered two large cheese "Pizzas" from this establishment only to be yelled at on the phone by the owner himself demanding over and over again "CASH NOT CREDIT" after saying yes a million times me and my boyfriend head over where we had a very similar interaction in person and were upcharged 3 dollars than the advertised coupon price. The establishment also was disgusting and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in about 20 years i felt like i was in Freddy Fazbear's pizza without the animatronics. We got back to our place and my boyfriend ate 4 slices and i had 2 slices and we felt so sick, this "pizza" had NO sauce whatsoever and just cheese and had an awful texture and flavor. Don't come here i would rather

We found this place by mistake, and I’m so glad we did! The pizza was so yummy!! the owners was so nice and kind! We will definitely be back at this pizza place. You do have to go AROUND the back for get this business! If you’re in this area, stop by! Tell them, Cheryl said, Hello! We came here after going to the AMC movies, it’s like 15 mins away!

Me and my girlfriend got two large cheese pizzas from here. The pizzas were not very good at all, there was NO sauce at all and the dough had a very weird texture. Not to mention the place was very dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 30 years. The owner was also rude and demanded cash and said the card reader wasn’t working. He also up charged us by 3 dollars even when we had a coupon and his excuse was that the menu was outdated.

Buffalo Chicken pizza should be renamed spicy chicken parmigiana pizza. The buffalo pizza is not being made like the original. Pizza Bella makes with red sauce. 🙄. The "crispy" chicken is placed between very generous portion of cheese and the premade crust, in a bath of marinara sauce which turns it into mushy chicken nugget. Please reconsider the recipe.

The service is incredible, and food is the best! We order takeout from here all the time and can’t say enough great things! Also the owners are so thoughtful and sweet, truly one of our favorite places.
