Customer Reviews
Today was the first time we went to Q Bola Restaurant in Round Rock, TX. I want to express my opinion on different areas. The service provided by Raiquel was amazing. He helped us with answering questions about the menu. The food came right on time and seemed fresh. As a Cuban I didn’t feel that the food was good. We ate it because we were kind of hungry, but I didn’t feel that we were eating real Cuban food. The rice was nothing close to a real congri. The yuca al mojo did not have any flavor and the cerdo asado con mojo was far from the description. The pork was nothing close roasted, instead it was “fried on a pan” not oven roasted at all. The pork dry and with no flavor. I’m so sorry to write this review. The restaurant was beautiful and they have plenty of employees. I am not sure abo
By far the best Cuban food in all of central Texas. I have visited just about every Cuban restaurant in all of Travis and Williamson, this is the most flavorful food I’ve had since moving from Miami, FL. So, I come from the heart of the Cuban cuisine scene in the south east, I am a Cuban American and I am very harsh on what I’m eating. That being said, I’ve had the vaca frita, the tamal en cazuela, the croquetta appetizer congri (black beans and rice) the sweet plantains and I absolutely loved it. Full of flavor definitely rivals some of the Cuban restaurants in Miami, so I am definitely coming for more and trying the rest of the menu. Service was a little slow, more due to the back of the house (kitchen) but we were having a good time so it didn’t really bother me too much. Great music, b
Excellent staff (Elena was great), service, ambiance, decorative design and background music.. The food is by delicious, plentiful and authentic, it reminds me of Cuba or Miami. They have live music and the ocasional comedian on weekends. I am definitely making plans to return.
Today was my first day visiting this restaurant and what a great waitress I had “Idayry” just exceptional attention, friendly, giving sugestions and so aware of all her customer. Food was great and oh yes drinks are a must. Please come visit, they also have a great outdoor with music. Awesome way to end our night.
We had a fantastic experience at Q’bola! The food was prepared and made fresh, most authentic Cuban I’ve had in Texas by far! The staff was so friendly and service was great! Would recommend and will be back!
