Aroma Joe’s

Bekah is awesome she is a huge asset to the company and provides the best customer service. She always greets us in the morning with a smile and always knows what the order is going to be. We keep coming back because of her customer service skills. If she would leave I would recruit her. Ashley is great too. The music in the cafe is the best ! It’s always the right volume and the music fits the scene.

First time ever at an Aroma Joes and it will definitely be our new coffee spot. Much yummier than Starbucks or DD. Tasty smoothie and frozen hot coco. The staff were great. Shout out to the young man who gave us recommendations for places to visit nearby.

Am a rewards member and frequent several area locations. This one (Lee) is often out of things and they can close their ovens as early as 7pm. I get staff prolly wants to get home but it would be nice if the ovens were shut at the same time every day so we know what to expect. [Edit to answer question: it is usually one or more of the sandwiches. The times it has happened to us it is late morning or early afternoon. We always ask if they ran out or just didn't get them. Only once was it a supply problem. With the number of times it happens, otherwise, it seems the person/people ordering for the place do/es not have a good grip on demand.]

I've come through this drive through two days in a row now and for some reason they can't get my simple request right. I come with my own cup and my own ice and ask for my own ice only and yet 2 days in a row when I order my double rush they like to put a scoop of their own dirty ice in there. Don't go to this Aroma Joe's because apparently they can't listen to very simple requests, I'd hate to see what somebody with a real allergy or problem might do. The Aroma Joe's in Barrington less than 2 miles away has never had a problem with this, and I will be going there from now on exclusively.

Ashley and her outfits are always on point. She makes a Mean hot chocolate. Becka is always smiling and happy to greet everytime ! We keep coming back because of these two !!!
