Aroma Joe's #216

I wouldn’t go here again. I’ve been going to different aroma joes for years and it’s always been great but I ordered from them today and I received a piece of plastic or something in my sandwich. I was so grossed out I threw everything away. I definitely won’t be returning.

The coffee I ordered was good, but I did not feel welcome at the store. The worker taking my order did not seem to want to be there and looked annoyed at me walking to the counter to order. It looked like they were listening to music with earbuds so I don’t think they heard me asking a question I had about a flavor on a poster. The workers here have been kind before, which made me bummed this time I went.

I had no idea there was an aroma joes where I shop everyday, Yesterday a very nice young man took my order and helped guide me and my husband through the menu, This is the level of service I expect from everywhere I go! 10/10 I hope he gets some recognition for this.

Wish they would add more herbal, caffeine free tea options. The berry one that they have is way too sweet.

They were still closed an hour into their “open” hours. Not reliable, will use a different location from now on.
