Arctic Circle

The food is ok, definitely not great. The price is high especially considering the food is just ok. The service is slow but usually quite friendly. I’ve stopped going back since the quality of the food dropped and the prices skyrocketed after Covid. I’ll drive a few more miles for better value. Kimberly doesn’t have lot of competition so maybe they just gave up.

The service is slow if you see more than 1 car I would avoid here. The man at the window this evening was very courteous and even smiled. Crazy, I can’t remember the last time a fast food worker smiled. We love the blue Hawaii waffle cones. Don’t get me wrong. The ice cream isn’t as good as Dairy Queen, but it isn’t bad..

We went through the drive thru and wanted 3 shakes & 1 drink. When we told them our order of shakes they keep repeating it wrong. When i repeated it for the 6th time they didnt even repeat the correct order of shakes and didn't even get to order the drink before they said, " We will have that total for you at the window." Then we sat in line 4 25 minutes and decided to go else where. They were not very friendly.

Went and got 2 grilled cheese kids meals, got home and opened the bags, and the cook forgot cheese in the grilled cheese and the toy included was a Halloween toy lol. Feels right for artic circle sadly. Guess it's time to steer clear.
