Arctic Circle

Went through the drive thru and got ice cream cones for my mom, my two kids, and myself. Got all the cones and ice cream home. The ice cream tasted sour. It was so disgusting. Maybe they need to clean their machines better or something because it made us all sick the rest of the night and the next morning.

One night, me and the family get a craving for icecream, specifically milkshakes. We go to mcdonalds and in classic mcdonalds fashion, their icecream isn't working. We think "Artic circle is always slow, but lets take a chance and go there." It took awhile to get to the speaker to order, and it took even longer in the drive through, which was super frustrating because in some places, at most, you're in and out of the drive through in 10 minutes. We waited there for over 20 minutes, and we didn't even make it to the window! We gave up and drove all the way into twin to satisfy our cravings! It would have been fine if we were told at the beginning that things were a little behind, and we would have been patient, but this was ridiculous. Need I say more?? Okay, I will. My daughter and I went to the drive thru for lunch on our way home from the grocery store, we ordered a spicy chicken and a crispy chicken sandwich. We got home ready to devour our food and this is what mine looked like. I expected to get what I paid for with my money, money that I really do work hard for but this is like a slap in the face. I don't usually dine out but I wanted to treat my daughter and myself to a nice lunch. Man oh man how disappointing. Sorry I'm only giving 1 star because the kid at the window was kind.

The best Arctic Circle I've ever been too, the food was perfect with lots of flavor, the staff was very friendly and responsive, not once did we feel ignored or unimportant. We liked it so much when we first moved here that we picked up dinner here 4 days in a row .
