Went in tonight and had issues with my code but they figured it out very quickly and was super nice. I got the deep fried turkey club sandwich and oh my! It was amazing!! Very clean store too!! The staff is really great!
How do I give negative stars, worst arby's I've ever been to!!! Ordered a grilled swiss chicken sandwich, got a fried swiss chicken sandwich, returned to get the right sandwich and was given a completely soggy buffalo chicken sandwich, then waited again in line behind six cars while the rest of my food went cold! The first wait was approximately 15 minutes! So I spend a total of about 30 minutes of my time for a twenty dollar meal!!! And these workers want 15 dollars a hour, and then these workers have the audacity to set up a tip cup?? Are you kidding me?? Businesses like this is exactly what's wrong with this world today!!!! Arby's will not get another dollar of my honestly earned money!!! Learn how to read a food ticket then ask for a raise!!
Love the chocolate shakes, but will no longer be patronizing. There prices are way out of line for the quality of food you receive. I could have added $10 to my total and got steak dinners at the road house. I got the Philly steak combo and let's just say sadly disappointed. Two sandwich combos was almost $30, grossly over priced in my opinion

How is it that twice now I have gone to this outlet of Arby's and they are out of roast beef isn't that what their whole menu is centered around WTH
