Arby's

My husband, grandson and I visited yesterday afternoon. We were waited on by a very nice man named Arthur. I ordered 3 orders of the potato cakes, 2 orders of chicken tenders, and I had a coupon that 2 can dine for $12.99, and their new fish sandwich. The fish sandwich and roast beef sandwiches were great. Our potato cakes and chicken tenders were so overfried. I'd say they had been setting for a while because they weren't too busy and then refried to heat them up. They were not worth eating. I was wondering if they would eat what they served. No, I didn't go back up to the counter to complain because I was cautious to what would go on like I've seen on reels. This is the second Arby's that we've ate at recently and both were below par. Why do so many restaurants close? This is why.

We just got food from this Arbys. We got home and sat down to eat. I poured my fries onto my plate and there was a piece of rat feces in it. I am fuming. I called the location and the manager was extremely unprofessional. He thought it was prank call and hung up. I called back and he said I was making crazy accusations. He then accused that I was making it up or that it came from my house and there was no way it came from there. As I'm literally looking at a rat turd that just came of my fries from their restaurant!! He said to go ahead call the health inspector. He wouldn't state his name and hung up again. This location is hit or miss and today was a miss! Ordered a 9 piece premium nuggets and small curly fries. Got home and the was so disappointed by the nuggets! Some of the nuggets were so hard and small with barely any meat inside. How do you consider a “crumb” a nugget??? $7 down the drain.

I ordered The Gobbler at The Drive Thru. Very disappointed. Very little stuffing and no cranberry sauce at all. The Turkey was very good but not made like the Internet said it was to be made.

Got the 1/2 pound beef and cheddar meal to go. Sandwich was great, that's the way to get the beef and cheddar! Got crinkled cut fries, my opinion the curly fries are better.
