So I haven’t been to this Arby’s in over 2 years. The wait times are awful and the food was always cold or wrong. I went today just because I was on this side of town and thought just maybe, Well… Waited 24 minutes and I was 3rd in line. Got my food and see our burgers were completely raw and cold! I’ll stick with Rt 7/berryville pike location from now on. Do better guys it’s peoples money you are taking! I would have gone back but I also only get 30 min for lunch!!
One of the best stops along 81! Clean bathrooms with a Dunkin and an Arby’s. Easy off.
Be careful to inspect your order before you leave the drive thru. Ordered "The Gobbler", and got nothing of the sort. The sandwich contained turkey and the bun but rest of sandwich was incorrect. Was to be served with stuffing,crispy onion strings cranberry spread,mayo . Mine had lettuce,tomatoe ,cheese and bacon??
This Arby’s was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was helpful and friendly and our food was delicious.
Ordered five piece large hush puppy fish , got four, with cold fries for$10 ! Low quality small fish stick pieces. Arby's food is excellent only when prepared correctly. I keep trying but 4 out of 5 visits I've been disappointed.
