WISH I COULD GIVE 0 stars! All of my burgers were raw on the inside and when I called and talked to the “so called manager” he told me that’s he they’re made at arbys. He said I can come in and show him but there won’t be anything he’ll do about it! Unbelievable! I am home sick and can now try to figure out what to feed my kids cause I am 1000% not gonna serve them this!

ZERO STARS *WARNING* Update they said they fixed the problem and gave me a free meal which I went to get at 830pm and again ask for fresh bacon but to which this time I'm told the bacon is made at the beginning of opening for the day. By 8:30pm, the bacon would have sat for just about 12 hours 🤢🤮. The FDA Section 3-501.19 says food should be discarded after 4 hours if left in a warmer like I would assume they do even though the manger Ashley has one time said it sat on top of counter I had an extremely disappointing experience at Arby’s, and it just kept getting worse. When I asked for fresh bacon, Ashley, the shift manager, rudely informed me that the bacon is cooked at the start of the shift and they don’t make any more — no matter how long it’s been sitting. On top of that, she argued

Staff doesn’t know the difference between a double and half pound sandwich. God forbid you have to DoorDash from this place. Also I showed up when they first opened and got yesterday’s crusty beef. -1 Star Update- They tried to confront me about my review when I went to get my food replaced. -1 Star for professionalism as well

If I could rate a zero I would. I ran there for my break and ordered my food and never got handed my drink. The lady taking my order was sounding really rude and didn't listen. I asked for Arby's and bronco berry and got attitude. After getting my food I double check and I was charged for the wrong there I asked for jalapeno poppers instead of fries. So had to go back in for that and my drink. Worst service ever

Very slow service, and mixed up orders with just my boyfriend and an Uber eats driver. The 3 employees all touching faces and hair without washing hands. Won't be returning. 30 min wait for 4 items.
