Customer Reviews
Went for dinner on a Wednesday in October. Reached the restaurant around 8:40pm after 20+ miles of hiking in the Great Smokies all day. I was tired and hungry and stinky, so wanted to quickly order food, and carry it to my hotel to eat. Arby's was perfect. I had a lot of good food - the honey mustard chicken wrap, curly fries, 3-piece chicken tenders, 5-piece steak nuggets, and a chocolate shake with whipped cream, and all just for 22 bucks. Everything was absolutely delicious. I had never had steak nuggets before, and quite liked them. The lady at the counter was clearly not pleased with me, very likely because I stank - sorry about that! But I waited outside at my car, and the food was ready within 5 minutes, so worked out okay I guess.
I ordered a beef and cheddar large everything, and a classic roast beef meal. I got a super small beef and cheddar with a large drink and large fries. My roast beef was so dry and tasted old that I just threw it away. My husband called to speak to the manager about the beef and cheddar because I paid the price of everything large. The manager was unprofessional and told him he needed to order specifically next time and that it was his problem. A little advice, find a different night manager with more training on how to speak to customers and someone who understands accountability. We had the receipt!!! I paid for a meal that I didn't receive but it was our fault she says. Who wants to eat here when you deal with customer service from the manager like this?
They didn’t have any beef, said it would be an hour before more was ready. Okay fine. I got a Reuben and my husband got a brisket sandwhich. My sandwhich was good. The fries were stale and Luke warm/cold. My husband’s sandwich was not fit to eat. One piece of brisket on an almost $13 sandwhich, that was mainly fat, and he was unable to chew it. I went to the front to ask for sayce for my son and the workers were in the corner talking and told me someone would be with me in a moment, and they turned around and continued their side conversations. Just not the quality of food or service I’ve had any other time I’ve been to an Arby’s in the past. Defintley room for improvement but do want to acknowledge the young gentlemen who took our order. He was very nice and attentive.
We stopped at Arby’s in Cherokee, NC on the 23of November after my Granddaughter’s wedding in Gatlinburg,Tenn. First off the person that waited on us had the worst attitude . First my son ordered a large drink, I ordered a small , she latterly threw my cup inside his cup. My daughter had ordered before us and the lady threw her sack of food down on the little shelf ther and said here. Dropped ours on the counter to us and said here. We thanked her and she just turned around with a VERY sour look. First off she never greeted us or said good by or anything. My daughter n I ordered a ham n cheese, good ( just the bun was pretty mashed) but that is beside the point. My san ordered a beef, well to make shorted we drove on home(Baldwi Ga, with in 2 hours we were in the hospital he had food poiso
I went in there earlier today and the most rude lady I have ever experienced in my life in customer service was working the register. She was an older lady with a tattoo on the side of her neck. I tried to speak to her and be friendly with her but she remained rude the whole time, luckily I had an online order so I didn't have to deal with her much. Then another gentleman walked in to order food and she was nasty with him the entire time he was ordering and he was super nice to her. She was sighing and talking to him like a kid the entire time. This lady does not need to be an employee of any type of customer service industry. Luckily she did not talk to me like that because I had an online order or else I would have told her if it is such a problem to take my order, then get me somebody
