Arby's

For 11.00 buck's. Not worth it. Meat is over cooked. They hardly gave you a worthy amount. Owner: The information that you sent me to reply back to office is incorrect. I've tried going to sight to leave further information. 🙃 it's not a working sight. 😕

I enjoyed my meal at this Arby's location. Clean environment, other that staff not being present all the time its ok. Very understandable. I will be hap ok y to enjoy my lunch there.

Too be fair, I haven't been to an Arby's in a long time. I ordered a roast beef original sandwich, potato cakes, and mozzarella sticks. My food was too bland without the Arby's sauce. The potato cakes had a nice crunchy on the outside texture but my stomach started hurting a little after I ate it. My son's mozzarella sticks were so salty that he didn't want to eat it. The lady at the register (Georgina) was incredibly sweet and friendly. I enjoyed conversing with her before another customer came in. She smiled the whole time we talked.

I would give a higher rating, but considering this is my first time ever ordering at this Arby’s, I don’t think it honestly really deserves two stars, but I’m gonna give it that just because they’re doing bad. My food looks old, My fries look really old and my shake was completely wrong. I asked for no whip and to keep the pieces, but I guess they decided that they didn’t wanna give me the pieces since I didn’t order the. However, Myers’s wife’s exact same drink got her bits because I’m guessing she ordered whipped cream. And obviously common courtesy to include straws and napkins is in something they believe in. Definitely not gonna be ordering it this Arby’s ever again, And that’s really sad considering this was the first order I’ve ever made at this Arby’s or any Arby’s for that matter

Hidden up charges & poor food quality. This used to be a pretty decent Arby’s, but over the last year, it’s really gone downhill. My biggest complaint is that the prices you are charged do no not match the prices on the menu. For instance, a Rueben is listed as $7.56, but my receipt says $8.06. Not a big deal for one item, but when you order multiple, and each has an unmentioned up charge of 50 cents or so, you’re over charged quite a bit. I was also charged for a cup of water (seen on receipt), which is not a big deal, I understand needing to charge for cup and straw, but again, communicate or post you’re going to do so. My second big complaint is the quality of the food. The portions have shrank substantially, particularly the meat… reminds me of the old Wendy’s commercials. “Where’s
