Arby's

This is now the second time that they refuse to take my order in the drive-through. Simply stating “we cannot take any orders at this time”. Then when passing the drive through window, the girl was laughing and talking with a car outside the window. Guess I was interrupting their conversation. I think I’m done with this location. Been a problem for a long time.

Ordered through door dash and when my food arrived my medium fries weren’t even half full so I called the restaurant to tell them and the manager immediately began began denying her team would have done that… ? Really how do you not notice that the fries were only a quarter of the way full? How do you place them neatly in the bag and not notice they’re only a quarter full? I wasn’t asking for anything back just wanted her to know this happened and all she said was that I’d have to go through door dash with any complaints…. Not going back to this location ever again!

Terrible. Just ordered mozz sticks and fries since I was in the area and it was on the way, and my fries has a piece of long hair in it. Absolutely disgusted!🤢

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They did not put 2 of the 3 items ordered in the bag. Went back in and told them and they still left one item out. Very incompetent. Won't go back nor recommend

It was my first time ever want to try Arby’s and I went on my hour lunch break and went I tell you I had to leave because I was still waiting in line after 30 minutes and still haven’t received my food or haven’t got to pay for it yet. So I had to drive all the way back to work and didn’t even get to eat on my break or anything because all my time was sitting in line. Never will I go back there again.
