Arby's

First we were parked because they didn’t have fries ready. When we got them they were definitely not freshly fried. The customer service person acted like she was not going to make it another minute. We had to go back to get Arnie’s sauce, ketchup, straws and napkins. I don’t mind paying for something but I expect to get what I pay for. Good luck to everybody else.

On our way home from a funeral, we stopped for a quick bite. I used the app to place our order. First problem: the app does not have a dine in option. Second problem; I love the Beef N Cheddar, but not the Onion Roll bun. There is no option to change the type of bread. So I ordered to go but told the person at the counter that we were eating here to avoid having it bagged. To get my sandwich, I ordered the Double Roast Beef and added the Cheddar Sauce and the Red Ranch. I also love the Strawberry Lemonade, so I had to get one of those. My wife ordered the Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich with a Sweet Tea. The app allowed me to pay online. The order was processed quickly, and we got our food moments later. After eating the delicious food, we were back on the road within 30 minutes. This

Food was fresh a d delicious. But, seems this Arbys always forgets something! This time it was one sandwich out of only four ordered! Take your time to check the order before you leave.

Staff and front counter not attentive to guests. Long wait time to order and long wait times to receive food. Twice I've been in a row, during slow times!! Older guests in there also mentioned being ignored! Staff cutting up loudly behind the sandwich area.

Ordered online,still waited 20 minutes for order to be ready. Stiod at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. Won't be back!
