Arby's

I’ve been to this location plenty of times, and each time it just sucks. The wait of the drive thru is awful, they are always understaffed, and i never get the correct order. Tonight I went and got a DOUBLE roast beef & paid for a DOUBLE roast beef and received an original one that had even less meat than it was supposed to. My boyfriend ordered the french dip and it was horrendous. Awful.

This is not a great place. They are always trying to get away with not giving you all your food. I ordered with the 2 can dine coupon (pictured). When I mentioned that my cheese sticks were not on my tray, a lady told me that the coupon doesn't include that. That it included fries 'or' cheese sticks, and that people mix this up all the time. This is not true, as the picture shows. Every other Arby's I've been to gives you the darn cheese sticks. This isn't the only time this has happened at this specific Arby's. They are always trying to be cheap and not give you everything. I eat Arby's often. I won't be going back here. The Tipp City one is much better. This one is also dirty.

If I could give zero stars I would! Never had a bad experience eating Arby's......I was in the area due to buisness and was starving. Decided to stop at Arby's Vandalia location and food was super undercooked! Not to mention it already had sauce on the beef n cheddar which was odd. So angry because I wasted 11 dollars on trash!

Not the best Arby's experience we've had. We waited well over 10 minutes for 2 Roast Beef Sandwiches & 2 orders of Curly Fries - Had I not paid, we would've have left & gone somewhere else. In addition to waiting, our food wasn't even hot...my husband was able to eat his sandwich, but I didn't finish mine because it was so rubbery / super chewy. Lastly, it could've just been the day, but they were out of at least 6 items on the menu. I do not blame the window employee as he did apologize for the wait, but not sure we'll be back anytime. We don't usually have this rough of an experience, but our last few times eating here haven't been the best.

Got some Arby’s via door dash. Husband got the deluxe burger and it was not cooked in the middle. This location is the worst. Has been for years. Disappointed.
