Arby's

The worst Arby’s I’ve ever walked into, they had literally no food to make like why even open (or lazy employees). I go to Arby’s all over the US and never had this terrible of an experience. Whoever the guy working at 11:10pm on cash register 22nd you need some customer service skills.

Worst place stop here to eat and food was not fresh it all. Service was the worst need to hire better, this employees just on their phones . this does not deserve not even a star is just the worst Arbys I been to. fired them lazy ones.😡 Just hate it . soda machines empty and dirty.

Got there around 9:40pm 2/3/26 and the rude employee 😑 who is super unprofessional and snappy shut down the store for over an hour. While customers were waiting to order including myself. I feel he/she went out their way to not serve customers and keep the store open. This location is at a truck stop and is supposed to be 24/7 truckers rely on these businesses to be open hense we drive day and night. Rude all I got to say and horrible horrible service. The tone and mean behavior of the employee really was the camel that broke its back.

night shift kid didn’t want to work today, asked for burgers he said they are out, ask for buffalo chicken burger they are out but they have regular chicken burger…i waited at the register for about 5 mins waiting for someone i had to go to the loves register to ask if arbys is open, they have no sauce 0 literally, and he made my food without wearing gloves he put so much mayonnaise i asked him he said my bad, why is it so hard for people to work i was the only customer here not like he was in a rush i mean if you don’t want to work just go home its my first time eating arbys and probably my last 1/2/25 1-1:30am

Absolute worst Arby’s ever 🤢 my ranch chicken wrap was 2 refried nuggets not a tender with some awful wilted lettuce (threw the whole thing away. Our chicken sandwich was refried burnt with the same wilted lettuce and tomato. (Trashed as well) then the French dip had a very weird smell (trashed) so the only thing worth eating was the fries which most were way over cooked. This is what truckers have to settle for 😢
