Arby's

Hello what can I say about Arby's but it has to be one of the original best. They have such a wide variety of meals and options to me out there. They now have a box meal which is a pretty good deal. Stop in and give them a try. Only down side is the steak bites are gone for now. So good

This particular Arby’s is the cleanest Arby’s I’ve ever been to. I have eaten there several times and the very first time it was extremely clean (about 3 months ago). I didn’t even see a fly anywhere and believe me I look for flies when I go places. If I see any, I won’t go back. When they are not waiting on customers, they are wiping down and cleaning things. The floor and tables are always clean. The parking lot is even clean and not cluttered. A great place to patronize. I don’t know who the Manager is but that person is doing a great job supervising. I will continue to go there on a regular basis. Seeing a clean restaurant lets you know the food is also good. Great job Arby’s on Broad Street in Sumter, SC.

Excellent customer service again from this location. I was served today by a young lady named Alexus. She made eye contact and greated me. She made sure that I had everything I needed and thanked me. The restaurant was clean, the only issue I had was that the floors were sticky. They looked clean but it popped my sandal off.

I understand the place is always super slow, always forgetting an ingredient in a burger, but to not even fully cook something even after taking longer than needed to make a small order. I mean there's a step by step to follow. I go every few months hoping they've fixed their flaws, but I'm going to just keep driving to columbia to get my non-health code violating Arby's.

Very friendly, food was hot and delicious. Fast and curious. It's been a while since I've been to Arby's.
