Customer Reviews
I couldn't rate it a 5 star. The only issue was the wait. Maybe its the location, time of day, or lacking employees. My order was correct and had no complaints with the sandwich artist quality. I was passing through the area and decided to stop in its a bit tricky if you don't see the sign. The GPS address brings you into another business that's in front of the Arby's blocking view of the restaurant.
The steak bites were overcooked, there was barely any flavoring in the apple shakes and the macaroni and cheese was cold. They forgot our fries and shake, luckily we were dining in so we hadn't left the establishment yet. Yet. When we went up to make them aware of the mistake, the person at the counter rolled their eyes before stocking off to complete our order. I will not be returning to this establishment.
$16 for 4 little pieces of meat and a couple spoons full of mac n cheese. This has to be a joke. For some reason it won't let me post the picture, but it's just pathetic. Meat is so tough you can't even get a fork in it.
The food was burnt and subpar to other Arby’s I have eaten at. The kitchen staff was yelling vulgar language that we could from the other side of the restaurant. To end on a positive note our young cashier Adam had incredible costumer service and made the evening swell. We had stoped in for a quick bit to eat after the football game and Adam treated us with kindness and respect and apologized for his co workers behaviors on multiple occasions.
I broke down on the highway and was towed into town. I was hungry and I walked over to the Arby's near the hotel. The young ladies working there that night were phenomenal. The lobby was closed but they still served me and my stepdaughter. We had a very rough day and when I told them what was going on with my car, they took the time to recommend a local tire and auto place. I cannot say enough great things about them and the food was hot and fresh as well. Thank you again ladies!! You are appreciated-
