Husband got take out tonight and drove home, 20 minutes away. Failed to realize we didn’t get the 2 Apple turnovers we ordered or Arby’s sauce we asked for. Receipt also said curly fries but we got crinkle with both meals. Extremely disappointed, especially since today was my birthday. Didn’t want to go out to eat at a sit down restaurant so just wanted my favorite fast food.
The evening manager was great! The entire experience was including the food. I love the food so I'll definitely be back. Thanks guys and see you at the rodeo!
This by far must have been an off night, I'm hoping. If the food is this bad every night I don't know how they make any money 🤑💰. Paid 30.00 for food not fit to eat.... And being that I had it delivered I'm stuck with my choice for supper, think Leo will be eating good tonight and I'll eat a turkey sandwich. Step up your game Arby's of Searcy this was ridiculous.
Depends on who checks you out to what kind of service you get and quality of the food. There is one man who is rude and doesn't get order right then argue saying you didn't say that.
This was a Door Dash pick-up. Order was ready upon arrival and the staff was very pleasant. The restaurant looked very clean.
