Arby's

Food is great but we just had a weird situation. Ordered drive thru and when we came up to the window they gave us the wrong order. Not a big deal but we didn't notice until after we dug through the bag, snacked on some fries, and basically touched everything as we looked through to find our stuff. Then we got their attention. They apologize and then took the bag back. No big deal. But then I watched them hand the bag that we just had to someone inside... Like sorry random stranger, promise we are clean. Hope you don't mind missing a few fries. They did eventually give us our order and everything was accounted for. And it was as good as expected. So lesson here is maybe expect that your food might be shared with someone else. Who knows.

Food was fine, other than medium fry was only half full. Young lady at the register didn't greet me or ask if I was ready to order, so I assumed she was finishing up another task. After several minutes, she asked "Do you need more time?" Surprised that she was waiting on me, I ordered and waited for my food. Wait was average for most Arby's. When she called my name, I grabbed my bag and said "Thank You" to which she waved goodbye. Just seemed very cold. Maybe I have too high of expectations as far as customer service & friendliness goes in retail. 🤷‍♂️

Person who waited on us gave us an extra sandwich and charged us for it. I thought, I’ll take it home. That’s okay. As we were leaving, we stopped by the counter to get a bag and Arby’s sauce for the extra sandwich. We waited for about 5 to 7 minutes. While we were waiting the employees were yelling at each other. When we asked if we could just have some Arby’s sauce and a bag, we were told they can’t, they were too busy. Finally another employee came and gave us what we needed. Updated: 11/11/25 - We just ate here again. WOW! What a difference. It is obvious that the owner has made changes. Food was good, quick, and timely. Service was excellent! Thank you!

This location is guaranteed to mess up your order every time. We’ll never go back to this Arby’s again so disappointed every time

Got a great 2 for $7 meal. Everyone hates on Arby’s but I think if you make the right adjustments, you can have a great meal for a great price. I switched out the gross cheddar sauce for a real piece of cheddar on the roast beef sandwich, and also switched out raw red onions for crispy onions on the gyro (I don’t do the raw onion thing, kind of overpowering). The bbq sauce is super great and smoky, I’m a big fan.
