Arby's

So pleasantly surprised by the warm customer service at this last stop gas station Arbys. Everyone genuinely seemed to care when they didn’t need to. I was having a roadtrip from hell and wanted a shake to lift my spirits; the two gentleman at Arby’s gave Michelin -level service!

I love Loves. Every chance we get to stop here, and I'm talking wherever their locations are, we make a point to stop there. When they have an attached fast food store, that's also top notch. Clean, fresh food, hard workers, I can't think of anything I don't love about them.

I am reluctant to post negative reviews, however, when experiences are sufficiently disappointing, I feel a responsibility to share my perspective with others, and therefore, I believe it is necessary to share my experience today. I placed an order for two regular roast beef combo meals. It was 3:30pm and things were pretty slow. After completing my order, I proceeded to fill my drink cups, at which point I noticed that lids of the appropriate size were unavailable. I promptly returned to the counter and informed the staff of the shortage, and they advised me that they were out of lids and that I would need to utilize a shake lid, which features a large hole at the top. Stopped at this Arby's located within the Love's Service Station on route to the Grand Canyon North Rim. Clean. Fast friendly service. Yummy sandwiches. I had a classic roast beef with cheddar and my wife had a huge turkey deli sandwich. Good experience.
