Horrible experience. Nobody cares including corporate when filing a complaint. Such a waste of time. Customer service is trash when they finally answer the phone only to hang up on you and then disconnect their phone line. Avoid this place. I've already filed an official complaint which obviously went nowhere and yet you send a generic response to file again. I'll call the appropriate number. Thanks for nothing.
Came in today about 6pm (Monday March 6, 2019), place was empty, couple cars at drive thru. I've only had the market fresh sandwiches and regular roast beef sandwiches before, so today I tried the red pepper philly roast beef. Server took my order quickly, sandwich came out within 5 minutes. Sandwich didnt look like the menu photo but it tasted pretty good. Place looked clean. Restroom looked clean but smelled like sewage backed up.
Food was very tasty, although it didn't look exactly like the pictures. The lady at the counter was very nice and the dining room was clean and well kept.
Was pretty damn good everything was great hot and fresh roast beef sandwich and curly fries. Mary was very Nice and professional while taking our order.
Great options for everyone in my family. Has menu items you don't find in any other fast food chain.
