Is it so hard to get an order correct? You read the little piece of paper that prints out and put that in the bag...good to go. But nope, not here, there's always something missing. Yet you people want more money

My food is always hot and the manager Betty is always great! Staff is kind and professional replacing anything that may be incorrect. Came here for years and will continue.

If I could rate all of the food, service and atmosphere a negative 100 I would. The customer service was horrible very rude, the food had mold on it (see picture) and fries and jalapeño bites were cold! I don’t wouldn’t even send my worst enemy there!!! The lights at the front counter were so dim no wonder why they probably could see what they were making! And when I when back up there to let them know and speak to a manger the man manger had long hair and didn’t even have a hairnet on when he was remaking it!

Stopped in today when I saw the sign mention loaded Italian was back! Best decision today!! That sandwich was Amazing, thanks to Danielle and the crew, two thumbs up!!

Had a wonderful experience at Arby’s today. Huge shout out to Melissa and the wonderful woman with pink hair (unfortunately didn’t get her name) they were so kind and had such fun, friendly, inviting energy that made me so happy after a long day! I had an e-coupon on my phone but couldn’t figure out how to get it onto my Apple wallet the ladies had no problem helping me get it figured out so I could use it! I wish I had cash on me so I could’ve tipped them they so deserve it!!! Arby’s they deserve recondition! 5 stars!!!
