Service? None. We were the only ones in the restaurant and we were treated like we were a bother. Employees? Asleep in the lobby. Definitely won't be back because this place was a joke haha. Just not a very funny one.

I visited the drive-thru on Monday, January 19, 2026 and felt so unwelcomed and like I was bothering the only employee I interacted with, Heather. When I ordered I was told the fries would have to cook. I kindly said I didn’t mind waiting the 3 minutes. When I paid Heather said “how are you?” I replied “I’m good, how are you?” She said in the rudest tone “well we just opened so” then she shut the window. I felt like a burden. If you know what time your store opens, why aren’t you prepared? One star because Heather has HORRIBLE customer service and is rude!

genuinely whyyyyy are the people at the location SO RUDE. all i want is some freaking ranch bc they have the best ranch and it’s always an issue and the lady who is an older lady always has an attitude. like i know you are NOT getting paid enough to have an attitude with me over some ranch. the food is always fantastic, the attitudes from EVERYONE is not.

Excellent service. The order taker looked like the late great Ray Liotta. He was very friendly. My big roast beef sandwich was delicious.

6/10/24 back and everything is very good. Will at the counter is great very friendly with an inviting smile! Fast drive thru and great customer service. This location has the best staff, very friendly employees that will go out of their way to help you. Orange cream shakes are great! Tried the hush puppy battered fish and was very pleased.
