Received excellent service. Despite being a very busy time of day and near shift change, Serenity was very nice and cordial in taking my order and preparing my food while appearing to be performing several job functions at the counter and window. One of the selections at the fountain drinks was out, but the staff addressed the issue right away. Food was very hot and fresh and the order was accurate.
Good service, short wait for food. I enjoyed gyros sandwich.
I do like Arby's, but the service is so slow. Don't eat here if you are on a time crunch.
Drive through. No problems and was quite respectfully with the whole sir thing and really curtious
Went through drive through person was so rude while trying to place my order we said never mind and left. Last time I ordered my son a BBQ chicken wrap and they accidentally gave him a chicken bacon ranch instead to my child that is allergic to ranch dressing.
