Loved Hermano's enthusiasm and customer service. Great experience

Well, it’s Arby’s. I don’t come here often (dine in) but usually it’s staff with teens (day/night) and usually someone(s) have order issues. Usually With me it’s forgetting the drink. Restaurant is normally clean, food overpriced but it’s something different. Food not wrapped up well the times I have been, but again, fast food. Just seems “different” here. On this visit today at least two people had issues with orders. Otherwise, standard issue fast food place.

We always enjoy our experience here. The clerk is amazing and always super helpful and nice and just pleasant to be around. (Give him a raise) Food is always hot and fresh and its always clean.

Steak nugget bites were awesome, never heard of them before, perfectly cooked, just right in tenderness, I was expecting cheapo jerk-type meat, NOPE, real deal grade A steak, employees great, responsive, super work.

The gentleman that helped us was awesome! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He visited with customers and kids alike! And in the middle of all that he mopped up a spilled drink from a to go order. He had it all under control! Great job, I wish I had caught his name.
