We to Arby’s at 9 o clock tonight. I have never been son disappointed. I was asked to pull forward and then had to go back around to get the other half of my food. The fries were cold. I asked for a thinly sliced double beef and cheddar and got this. It looks like it was pulled straight from the trash. Extremely disappointing
This is my 2nd time in a row getting bad food and service from Charlotte Arby's. There just is no customer service anymore. All these companies need to get back to teaching this and if employees dont follow the guid lines consequences will happen. Drive through the employee didn't even listen the first or second time, finally third time she got it. Got food and went home to find sandwich not made correctly even though it was clear on receipt. Put smallest, lightest sandwich on bottom to the point it was flat and the drink had no syrup in it, now my husband has to drive the 15 min back while his food is now in frig. Cold and won't taste as good. Seems everyday it gets worse, customer service, the quality of food or products. As a company try better, hold employees accountable.
Just ordered right before 10 tonight, service was great. Got home saw food was missing so tried to call a few times no answer. I could understand if they were busy but they weren’t and it would have been nice to quickly rectify this but unfortunately that’s not the case.
This is what we’re doing with the smokehouse brisket now? I want to drive back for a refund but whatever, I’ll just stop going there. Fries were old.
Many items not available. Couldnt make a full sandwich. Including arby sauce. The crew in back was very loud.
