Arby's

I went through the drive thru, specifically asked about the almost $4 apple turnovers that I bought two of, the tall big dude in the drive thru assured me they were in the boxes. Get home no Apple turn overs. Any other day I’d take the hit but I went to get a sweet treat on the first day of my period. Not cool. If you’re too lazy to make them say they aren’t available but don’t charge me almost $8 for two of them just to not give them to me and lie straight to my face about it. Keep the short kid that works the drive thru at night but fire the jolly green giant who lies. No wonder I didn’t get a receipt with my order…

Expectations must be realistic, this is a "fast food chain". With that said, the tables, and floor heck the whole restaurant was clean when we walked in. They typically have some "healthier" options, and this visit they brought back the deep fried turkey sandwich. I don't think it was deep fried, but man was it good (club style) tried the "steak nuggets" which were a little greasy but really good. As always (at this one at least) was fast courteous service, and great tasting food in a clean establishment. Kudos to the whole staff for making a pleasant meal.

Did a drive thru order. I thought it was quite expensive...$14 for a medium fry and peach cobbler pie. Customer service guy was very nice, but I realized after I drove away, that they never gave me a receipt.

Wow I have been sleeping on Arbys a long time now. Their milkshake (texture, taste, size, price, consistency) the best of all fast food. The price is reasonable and food seems like an actual sandwich you would/could make at home. Its not mind blowing flavor but will definitely choose over the other fast foods as far as being just as if not more filling, less expensive, and makes me feel as if im making better dietary choices lol. My only complaint, the mac and cheese could cost less or have better portion.

The food was good for it being arbys. We had gotten the buffalo chicken sliders. My only complaint about the food is the lack of chicken on the grinder, and the buffalo sauce to ranch ratio. On the other hand, the management over there was horrible. The manager was screaming at the crew members over there and saying some odd things. Not Professional at all.
