Arby's

went to the drive and waited 7 minutes and when no one took my order i pulled up just going to speak to someone at the window. a car sat there for 15 minutes. i called to see if maybe they had closed or something and get hung up on 3 times. pulled around and back to the drive thru to see if it made a difference. waited another 5-7 minutes and nothing so i pulled back a third time when someone FINALLY took my order.

We was second in line and one other person behind. Waited 26 mins on food. Fries was cold, sweet tea not sweet what so ever. Ham and cheese sandwich was not warm or cold. Service was extremely slow I guess cause workers wanted to spend 35 mins in the bathroom and not work while the rest was just running around doing nothing.

I've eaten here over 50 times and they've gotten my order right less than 10 times. Pics of our latest order included.

When you get a sandwhich in the drive through with chicken that feels like it’s in the refrigerator and then immediately go in, you’ll be told you’re wrong and then they’ll burn your sandwich in the microwave. Almost everytime I come to this location something is wrong.

Stopped here on the way. Clean. Employees were ok. Seemed more interested in talking to each other rather than taking care of customers.
