This Arby's is just off the Payson freeway exit/on-ramp. If you're looking for a bite to eat and need to refuel This would be a great option. This Arby's is located inside the Exxon gas station with indoor dining available.
The staff is friendly enough, but they just don’t listen. They are more concerned with the social aspect of their job than actually doing it. They got 2 meals in our order wrong and put it on a tray instead of to-go, even though we specified to-go. And the restaurant was out of fries...how does that happen on a Sunday in Utah? The place was dead. Very disappointed in this Arby’s location.
They always short you on your order. You pay for fries but they never get in the bag. It happened again today, so it happens often and then when you go in they hace you self serve your own drink they missed.
Always delicious. The cashiers and food prep people are hard working, courteous individuals.
Don’t order a brisket bacon beef n cheddar. All I got was the roast beef. That’s a lot of money for a completely wrong order. (I did ask for no bun.)
