Great and quick service! Fresh and delicious as always! Super close to the interstate and route 60. Independent but attached to convenient store and gasoline. Camp grounds and drag track nearby. Close to Barboursville Mall and Milton. Clean and convenient.
Last night, as a weary traveler, I accidentally took the wrong exit and found myself near Barboursville. Before heading to my room for some much-needed rest, I stopped in the small town of Ona at Arby’s. Hungry and exhausted, I placed my usual order, plus a little extra to enjoy later. At the drive-thru, I was greeted by a warm, friendly voice. I didn’t catch her name, but it seemed there were only two employees working, a young woman at the window and a gentleman preparing food. Despite my order being fairly large and customized, the service I received was hands down the best I’ve experienced at a fast food restaurant in the past 25 years. The young lady was not only professional but genuinely customer focused. I expected to be asked to pull ahead, but instead my food came out quickly,

Whoever took my order thur drive thur was hateful & rude. I asked about certain items and he couldn't even tell me about it. Plus overpriced
I ordered a spicy pulled pork sandwich it was new and I wanted to try it got home and it only had 1 bun and no sauce I mean come on you have 1 job fixing a sandwich and you can't even get it right good job lost my business
